REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
We DO NOT accept refunds or cancellations for our Wagashi Workshop. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we are happy to accommodate one reschedule request subject to the conditions below.
– Cancel a slot within 2 hours of purchase for a workshop.
– Yù Wagashi cancels your workshop slot altogether.
– Yù Wagashi reschedules a workshop that will be conducted at least 3 hours before / after your original workshop slot.
– You make a duplicate booking on the same workshop with the same guests, and on the same slot.
– Cancel a weekday / weekend class for at least 14 days in advance
– You are tested and proven positive for COVID-19.
– You are sick and proven with Medical Certificate
